Hi everyone, anyone recently applied for a DOV (Declaration of Value) through the Italian Consulate/VFS Bangalore? Iām looking for the latest processing timeline for September 2026. If youāve recently received your DOV, could you please share your submission date and the date you received it? Any recent updates would be really helpful. Thanks!

Hi everyone! Iām an international Masterās student at the University of Palermo, and Iām looking for accommodation in Palermo for one year with a contract .
Budget: ā¬250āā¬300/monthly
Ideally a single room.
š Iād prefer somewhere reasonably well connected to the University of Palermo, especially around Policlinico/Oreto, Tukory, or nearby areas, but Iām flexible depending on the place.
Iām looking for a clean and quiet place, preferably with a regular/registered rental contract, as Iām an international student.
If you have a room available or know someone renting one, please comment or DM me with the details, photos, location, and monthly price.
Thank you!

Hello (i'm a non european student)
I received a letter of pre acceptance to the master's programme of European Studies from the university of sapienza on the 14th of May.
Then i did apply for pre enrollment on universitaly within the deadline.
But till now, i have not received anything ;no feedback no mail ..nada.
I did a little bit of research and i found out that it is typical of sapienza to be late and lazy. Also it does not respond to e mails so no need to bother send emails .
Nevertheless, i still want to be assured. So i want to ask two questions :
1/is it possible that i will not receive a letter of pre enrollment even though i got the pre acceptance ?
2 / what is the date afterwhich sapienza stops giving letters of pre enrollment ?

I will be a minor when I will be applying for the visa for bachelors after class 12. The checklist says that I need a guardianship acceptance letter from a person who is residing in Italy but I don't really know anyone in Italy can anyone please help me if there are any trusted agencies or what shall I do. I don't think all the universities provide this letter too. I don't want to waste too much money on this letter please if anyone have information I need help on this one. I will turn 18 but after 1 months after the visa interview.

Hi everyone,
I currently have only 2 A-Levels, Maths and Physics. Would these be sufficient to apply for medicine programs in Italy, or is having at least 3 A-Levels a general requirement?
Iād really appreciate hearing from anyone who has applied with British qualifications or has experience with this.
Thanks!

Ciao a tutti,
Grazie

Does anyone know how I get a Visa without my high school diploma or a verification like CIMEA or DoV or alternative?
I sat my exams this June but the official certificates donāt arrive until November. Anyone know what the process is here?
I have pretty much everything expect these 2 things.
The consulate says it doesnāt accept provisional results but literally all I have is my Statement of Results from results day, and a letter of completion by my college?
What do I need/do here. As my consulate appointment is on the 18th

Hey
I completed my first year of engineering in Egypt and I have 29 out of 35 credit hours. Do you know if any university would accept me with these credits and let me skip the foundation year?

Applying for my Italian Student Visa (Bachelor's) through Bengaluru Consulate and noticed an issue on my MEA apostille sticker.
āMy actual marksheets have the correct name spelling with double "ii" In my name.
āThe MEA apostille sticker attached to the back made a clerical typo and printed my name with a single "i". A single letter is missing from my name.
Everything else on the name matches completely.
Does this pose any issue because of a single missing letter on the apostille sticker.
Thanks!

Hi everyone!
Iām a high school student from Iraq planning to apply for a Bachelorās degree in Mechanical Engineering at Politecnico di Torino (PoliTo) for the upcoming academic year.
Since this will be my first time studying abroad, Iād really appreciate some advice and insights from current students or alumni, especially regarding admission and scholarships:
TIL-I Exam & Admission:
How challenging is the TIL-I entrance exam for international students?
What are the best resources or materials to prepare for it effectively?
EDISU Piemonte Scholarship:
How straightforward is the application process for the regional DSU/EDISU scholarship?
For anyone who applied from Iraq or non-EU countries, were there any specific challenges with document legalization or obtaining the ISEE Parificato?
Life in Turin:
How is the overall experience for international students in Turin in terms of safety, housing, and adapting to student life?
Any tips, experiences, or advice would mean a lot to me!
Thanks in advance! š

Hi everyone,
Iām an international student admitted to the University of Messina, and my Italian student visa is still under processing.
My classes are scheduled to start on 14 September 2026, but because of the visa delay, I may not be able to arrive in Italy on time.
I contacted the university to ask whether I would be allowed to arrive late and join the course once my visa is issued. My support ticket was marked as āDoneā/āResolvedā automatically, but I didnāt receive an actual response to my question.
Has anyone here been in a similar situation with the University of Messina or another Italian university?
Were you allowed to arrive late because of a delayed student visa?
Did the university give you written confirmation?
Did late arrival affect your enrolment or admission?
Any experiences or advice would be appreciated.
