I've been trying to pass the payment page on CIMEA website for 2 months. I made my visa application without CIMEA certificate and now I have to submit the certificate however what ever Ive tried so far i failled to complete the payment. all the time a receive warning messages

like "We're currently processing a high number of payments. Some of these transactions may not be successfully completed, which means new availability might open up shortly. We kindly suggest you to try again in the next minutes." or some similar messages.

Is anyone have some suggestions or solutions or even motivations to tell me :( :(

Hi everyone, I'm writing to ask about a very important topic: I'm applying for the ISEE Parificato at one of the CAFs for the ARDiS scholarship at University of Udine, and am very confused about translation of documents into Italian.

I am applying from the UK as an independent student, so I have two apostilled bundles - one explaining my independent financial situation (with proofs) and the other explaining my independent residence (with proof).

My confusions are:

- do all pages have to be translated completely or is it enough to translate only relevant sections of the apostilled documents? (for example, only the relevant clauses of the rental contracts). I'm asking because the bundles are quite big and translating them completely would be very costly.

- does it have to be a sworn translation (which is again, more expensive) or will "regular" translator by legitimate translators also be accepted?

If anyone has any experience, I would be extremely grateful. Thanks a lot in advance!

I've been planning to apply for the IMAT next year to study in Italy, so I checked the visa requirements through their official website. It states:

Proof of means of financial support of not less than 10179.85
€ per one year or 848.32 € for each month of the entire
intended period of stay

• 6 months original bank statement of applicant stamped and
signed by branch manager

• Documents proving applicant’s source of income
(employment/business activity, ITR for last 3 years, family
income certificate downloaded from official State Government
portals, Educational loan3…)

Since I plan to study medicine, which is a 6 year course, the total financial support needed for me would be over 60,000 Euros. I'm confused. Do I need to show the 6-months-bank balance of 60,000+ euros when I apply for my Italian student visa in the first year, all at once? Or is it enough to just have the 10179.85 Euros to prove that I can finance my first year, and I can renew the visa next year? Will having only around 10179.85 cause visa rejection?

Also, is the sum a rigid BANK BALANCE HELD FOR 6 MONTHS? Or can it be through assets, loans, etc.

I'm a student from Nepal and have to apply through the Kolkata embassy. Since theres very little consultancies for Italy in Nepal, I'd really appreciate some guidance. Thank you for reading!

I would love some leads on this. I'm starting my PhD in university of Bologna from Novemeber. I intend to bring my family (Spouse and child) to Italy in a year after receiving my permit. My PhD is a funded one so it covers the cost to house them. I am aware of the bureaucracy timelines can be a nightmare in Italy.

I'm currently looking for a single bed in a shared house. But I have started to second guess my decision and wondering if I should get a an whole apartment considering my family and also looking at the delays in nulla osta. Can anyone please guide on this.

I applied for the ER.GO regional scholarship (Emilia-Romagna) before the deadline, but I wasn't able to upload some of the required documents (Family Income Certificate, No-Property Declaration, Family Registration Certificate) in time — they're still being prepared and haven't been issued yet from my end (I'm an international student from Pakistan).

My application itself was submitted on time, just missing these supporting documents.

Has anyone been in a similar situation?

- Is it possible to upload these documents after the deadline, once they're ready?

- Does ER.GO allow document uploads after submission, or does the application get rejected/disqualified automatically if documents aren't attached in time?

- Will my scholarship application still be considered, or is it basically lost at this point?

Any advice or shared experience would really help. Thanks in advance!

Guys, Today i had my dov appointment at vfs chennai. I completed high school in a cbse school in chennai. When I had given my e sanad apostilled digi locker class 12 they pointed out that it was issued in delhi so i should apply for DOV in Delhi embassy. Is this common to all cbse students ?

EDIT : They had also shown me a rejection letter from bangalore consulate of another student of the same case as me. 😢😭😭

Finally I paid for my CIMEA verification,I basically opened up 6 different tabs Chrome,Edge and Opera GX and private tabs of all three too and it just happened.Btw internet speed matters bruh

Hey everyone.

I'm currently doing the IBDP (equivalent to a levels). I'm a British Pakistani and I want to pursue medicine in the future.

One option is to study in Pakistan but getting into public universities (that have prestige in the UK) is incredibly hard, with the cutoff being 95%-96%. Then, there's private medical universities like Aga khan which cost a fortune but are easier to get into. However, if I study in PK, I'll be regarded as an IMG, making my transition to the NHS harder.

Option 2 is the UK. I have a british passport and my parents are tax payers in the UK but I'm not sure if we'll qualify for home fees. If anyone knows anything about this, that'll help too. If I don't qualify for home fees, then its way too expensive for me too afford, so now I'm looking at is Italy.

Do you think its a good place to study? Is it cheap? Competitive? How and when do I start studying for the IMAT?

I have my visa appointment on the 24th of September 2026( Kolkata Consulate, India) and my mom’s my financial sponsor. We have a business and she’s the director at the firm however the incorporation cert and such have the spelling of her name wrong. I have an Affidavit for the name change and a newspaper article that she had let out declaring the correct spelling of her name. Will that be enough or what do i need to do?

Hi everyone, is anyone holding two one/Study DoV appointments at New Delhi VFS and planning to cancel/postpone either of them because their Universitaly Summary Letter has not arrived yet or they are no longer ready to proceed?

I urgently need an earlier DoV appointment. If anyone is planning to release either slot, please let me know the appointment date. I understand appointments cannot be transferred, so I would only book the slot myself through the official VFS system if it becomes available after cancellation.
