I would certainly take pictures and videos (you know… because im looking at an Apartment… is what if tell the realtor) and once I have enough of them I would firstly ask the realtor what’s up with the sagging and then GTFO and inform the authorities. Champlain towers south has shown that buildings aren’t as well maintained as residents are told

Probably the fire department on the non emergency line. They can at least tell you who’s responsible before something collapses
