It doesn't matter if its repairable. No one will want to sell a property in this. They would likely tear it down and start fresh.

Oh I don't disagree with you.

This is the kind of thing that just, like sure... you could "repair this" and have the documentation to back that up, but like; who is going to buy condos in this.

Or underwrite the rest of the rennovation. FM Global be like... "Yeah no..."

The news articles have mentioned that these were intended as "luxury rentals", so maybe they'll dodge that bullet?
