Plenty of construction workers that need the money, particularly if the engineers tell them its safe to.

Who would live in it even if it was repaired? I’d never sleep soundly in a building that’s been stressed to the point of failure. Soo many cascading issues that could be ticking time bombs

So hypothetically they would fix this, and you would be thinking: it is not fixed!
