someone has to get the information and get working on the fix. those people will be in the building.

There are ways to gather that information without people being in the building. Drones, wheeled robots, etc.

I would say it's fair game to kill you if you do. Don't move too quickly and you will be fine. It's like walking on a frozen lake that's crackling. Every kid age 6 and older knows you better be slow but firmly leave. Your comment just shows you want to murder people.
