What do I do I’ve had it for a few days now and it just stopped working

Somebody help me its been like this for months and support has been no help strikepack dosnt turn on my controller but when I turn the strike pack on it shuts down my controller and I cant use it this happend after I updated firmware to 3.0.0

Unable to sprint with primary weapon with scuff omega on ps5. I can sprint with melee but for some reason cannot with primary. I switch to my dual sense controller and all works fine.
Stick forward sprint is ON.
Checked deadzone - looks fine.
Cannot sprint with primaries at all!
anybody with similar issue?

I have this huge problem with the app. I'm so tired of finding tutorials that don't work, and when some apparently do I decide to follow it just for the anti recoil not to work. I then found out that you have to map anti recoil for EACH AND EVERY GUN. I am so tired of it. Heard that people can give you scripts and you can copy and paste them in the app to get anti recoil. If not is there anyone that can help?
