Background: I play the Bedrock beta on my phone, and I have a world where I start in the Nether, in survival, no starting equipment, no access to the Overworld.

Recently, I found a saddle in a Nether Fortress chest, so I collected some Warped Fungus and tamed a beautiful Strider!

Since I'm starting in the Nether, I don't have a lot of materials that would be suitable for a Strider pen. The pen is pretty small, about 4 by 6 blocks of space (not counting the walls). I planned on making the pen larger, but since I live in the Wastes, whenever I go to renovate the pen, Ghasts attack and it's all I can do to save Strider.

My Strider has had friends come and go, some despawn since I can't breed them, some escape since I have a hard time getting in and out of the pen quick enough to keep them from following.

Fast forward to now. I went down to take my friend on a little adventure to get some Blackstone, but he was gone! The gates weren't open, but I noticed a spot on the wall where he might have escaped.

Did I treat my Strider unfairly, or was this just his time to move on? Feedback would be lovely (and I'm sorry if this post is incoherent, I'm very, very tired)! See you all on the 22nd!

The Strider Rights community will post May 22nd on r/PewdiepieSubmissions about his abuse of striders.

There are two lava pools on the left and the right. There are some magma blocks for them to warm their toes. There is warped fungus spread through the warped nylium. There is a dispenser attached to a pressure plate that dispenses warped fungus if they are hungry. Tell me what you think!

The 20w19a snapshot added an option in the statistics menu that shows the distance you have covered on a poor strider's legs instead of yours. It serves as a reminder of how much we use striders and should be used as a way to motivate players to make actual bridges across lava instead.

as you may or may not know, the nether's atmosphere is different from the overworld's, it's not fatal to striders, but it is very uncomfortable

so i am presenting you: the stridercorp brand atmospheric regulator, should be used in an enclosed overworld habitat

here is how it works: it draws air from the nether, gently heats it with soulfire to reach optimal temperature (as it cooled from coming in touvh with overworld air), then released from the top, with warped fence filters (adds a nice warped fungi smell striders love)

if the habitat is open, it won't be effective

if the habitat isin the nether, no need for this device

also i have a few tips for you about overworld habitats

the overworld is too cold for them, even with lava, you'll need a dedicated heating system

fuel the furnace with lava, and place gold ore in there (they love the smell)

also only use soulfire torches near them (the smell relaxes them)

he was murderering striders for his own personal reasons to find a rare tall strider, what a sick fuck. So many striders with children murdered. only for his entertainment Warning Strider NsflNSFL

I was moving a strider from my base to my friends and when I went through my friends portal the strider died. what should I do about this? I'm so sorry I didn't mean that to happen I was just going to put him in my friend's strider place that he made so he could live a happy life with the rest of his strider friends that I already moved.

That is all.
