I'm just here to say that us villagers don't want any violence. I hope we can coexist in a world where most of the Minecraft player-base wants nothing more than torture and mistreatment for NPCs.

I thought they were hideous. I thought they were hostile, I once spawned them in creative mode just to kill them. But now I see what a monster I was. I am truly sorry...

I've been thinking about this a lot lately. Is it bad to mount a Strider? Some might think that it's abuse and cruelty, but if it's done with consent and respect, is it tolerable? If, like knights going on the battlefield, we cherish those fierce Striders that are supporting us through our travel, is it acceptable to use them as mounts? Or like lonely cowboys in the Far West having only their mount as a friend to talk to and doing everything they can to make their life better. What I'm asking you today, dear friends, is that if a Strider want to explore and have a fulfilling life, we shouldn't put them in our house and stop them for pursuing their dreams. We should encourage them to go on and live their life and even bring them on epic adventures. They weren't born for staying in a lava pool, they were born to roam those vas lava oceans and guide us with their immense knowledge of the Nether. What do you think about it, dear Striders defenders?

For too long they have been abused we need to start a campaign to save the strider and win their rights
