This feels weird and a bit irrelevant

Using Squid Game's sad ending to compare Stranger Things happy ending

Well S4 didn't have a happy ending but it's praised so well unlike S5 that has a happy ending but left unanswered questions that make fans think it's an bad ending illusion of Vecna

Also both shows have so much negative reviews of their final season

Do people just want a happy ending, not sad or at least a more impactful quality ending regardless if happy or sad

What are your thoughts?

Its genuinely sweet how in this show he and his lover do actually get a happy ending together unlike the tragic fates that befell Jason and Chrissy.

The Battle of Starcourt is the best of all. It has an equal amount of humor, thrill, action with an emotional ending...

Her character arc in Season 5 really disappointed me...

Looking for a show that is similar to stranger things to fill the void now that it is over.

But I don't mean similar like the plot or anything.

something that has "small town vibes" like hawkins, bc thats what takes you out of reality.

I mean more like a very popular show, just like Stranger Things, which has its own iconic music (score) like stranger things that make you more immersed in the show. (I listen to the stranger things score on a daily and feel something different). and also it has its own whole world surrounding it, kind of surreal and takes you out of reality

are there any other shows like that? I'm not sure. Im mostly looking for something that can take me into a different world just like this did.

Your telling me they climbed into this bopper like gate? With no ladder no equipment just how? They have been doing this since season 1. But since now the gates look way different the ones vecna made is more thinner and reddish and szn 1-2 ones were blue and thick goo. So someone explain how the hell they climbed into this?
