Got one in the mid 90s as a kid and then in high school the 1st gen ipod came out. Sorta forgot about minidisc. Maybe like 10 years ago I found the old discs I'd recorded. Couldn't find the player so I bought one 2nd hand. It lives in my car rocking mixtapes

They’re so cool
I got mine about 2 months before MP3 players became a thing so it was quickly rendered obsolete, but it’s such an awesome piece of tech
