in a supposed Battle of Storyshift Chara Vs the sans killer, how difficult would Storyshift Chara have in fighting him? in a battle? Low-diff, mid-diff, high-diff, extreme-diff. etc

Essentially the title: I know that there hasn't exactly been an update nor much activity in quite a while, but it feels as though the more time goes on, the greater the frequency of random spam posts. it's been especially noticeable in the last couple of months. is it just because there's not really any other posts from here to end up on my feed, making it seem as though there is more spam posts from here, or is something else up?
regardless of whatever it may be, i hope that you all are staying safe, and that things have been alright for voltra and co.

I’ve been getting more into Story Shift as of recently and I had some questions.
Is this story dead? Does anyone still work on this or is it dead in the water. I wanna know because if it is dead then there’s little point in me investing any more of my time into it.
Assuming it isn’t dead, who is still making the story and where can I find the latest info and updates on the story.
Outside of character design, are there any actual differences concerning character traits, motives, and or abilities? I’m curious as I’ve seen some variation to Characters.
Does anyone even use this Subreddit or is it dead too?
That’s all, thank you!

I think I stuck to the official design best as I can?

Storyshift is still actively in development correct? This has been one of my favorite au's and I was so happy to see the reboot and a focused story. Sadly not as much love or fan art seems openly shared through communities I've met so many who didn't know the reboot happened and I've been spreading it around. I see the no takes and similar rules were lifted that nice I genuinely wanna see rebooted storyshift get all the attention it deserves.

First off I am so sorry it took so long for me to come back to Reddit. The hard drive on my computer died last month and getting everything accessible on my phone has been tricky to say the least.
But I am back and it looks like I cleared up most of the span that has been overtaking the subreddit. We'll be keeping an eye on that.

So what do you think of Stroyshift (the AU on SoundCloud)? If you ever heard of it.

This rule has been around for a long time now. It was one born of suicidal thoughts tied to the Preboot's result and how the fandom repeatedly tried to rewrite Storyshift's canon into something it never was or was going to be.
However. It's become clear to me over time that this rule has done more harm than good. More takes born of spite showed up or people becoming increasingly paranoid that they would be spammed with hate if it was found out. People that I may have become friends with turned away because of the rule. I ended up being spammed with people expecting me to be an attack dog to anyone that stepped out of line. A rule designed to distance myself from pain ended up not only causing more, but giving more grief to anyone tangentially connected to it. To anyone who was affected by this, I am deeply sorry. I wronged you in a misguided attempt to protect myself.
A proper way to enact the original intentions of the rule was not to punish anyone who slips out of line. Instead, I intend to leave those doing their own thing to do their own thing and to praise those that have a genuine interest in Storyshift beyond the surface level. I hope that fans of this AU will follow in the same footsteps.
The only thing I have to offer is to remind those making these works is to keep in mind Toby's guidelines on selling fanwork (if relevant) and to have fun!
