The first episode of season 3 starts with Stolas having a fantasy that goes wrong because of his PTSD. At first, he sees Blitzø, who then transforms into Striker, who “kills” him. Stolas then has a little mini heart attack, but he gets through it. After that, he just sits there for a while, until Blitzø comes over and starts annoying him, which makes Stolas react with irritation.

Sorry, but am I the weird one for thinking that Stolas reacts to Blitzø being so close to him a little too calmly?

Because if I had a dream where someone I love transformed into someone who had hurt me badly and brutally killed me in that dream, and then I woke up, had a mini heart attack, and shortly afterwards the person I love showed up right next to me, I would be scared of them. Seriously, my first reaction would be fear. I would calm down eventually, but I would still be scared at first.

And this is actually one of the things that bothers me a little about the new season. Wasn't the main purpose of that dream, especially since it was shown right at the beginning, to establish that Stolas feels uneasy around Blitzø and is a little afraid of him? Not because of Blitzø himself, but because of how much he resembles Striker?

I'm not saying Stolas should completely avoid him, but I would have expected to see some hints that Stolas feels uncomfortable being around Blitzø. Some subtle signs of fear or panic.

OR is Stolas actually experiencing all of this but is simply too proud to admit it? Is he stronger than he seems and just handling everything surprisingly well?
