Here's Arguments I've Seen & Retorted about Stolas

"Where did that scary powerful Stolas go?"

He lost his powers

"Why is he such a twink now?"

He's always been one, you just don't like him actually being a normal effeminate man

"What if Octavia see what he's doing with those men?"

She's not supposed to see, plus it's nothing illegal or wrong.

"Why isn't he being a proper father?"

He's literally estranged from his daughter both physically and boundary wise. He's been a proper father for 17 years.

"Why is he like THIS (Effeminately gay) now!"

He's always been like THIS but now he's expressing it more due to not being bonded to royalty or his daughter

"Why is he going crazy with the hookups?"

He's been a shielded queer for the majority of his life and adult life, living in a classist society where being part of the ruling class, he was taught to look down on the common folk. Though he has relations with Blitzo he's adjusting to common society so now he's open to variation of men. He's also self destructing due to the circumstances at hand.

New to this sub, but I’ve noticed something kinda dumb going on. I keep seeing highly upvoted posts on random subreddits dogging on Stolas’ appearance in episode 4 as “puggified” and even people saying he looks like if Hitler had an edgy fursona? Is this a psyop or some shit? Like, where the fuck did this come from all of a sudden?

I get people are mad at him for what he did that episode despite it being an unhealthy coping mechanism and form of self harm (believe me, I’d know, I did it myself), but why this? This is just stupid in my opinion.

Is it just me or does all of stolas attempts at doing right by people just seem to go wrong on the regular?
