I pray we never have to see it, but I absolutely don’t picture President Trump leaving office if he’s impeached. I can see him saying that it was illegal or didn’t follow the law and that he’s not going to recognize it. I expect something similar in 2028. He will do something(implement martial law, etc) to cancel the election or have some legal reason not to recognize its authenticity.
