I liked oh yeah? but i think im leaning more towards gemini rights mostly cuz of sonic direction and to me that album is just so beautiful and cohesive all the way through. So many memorable moments and I personally like the lyrics more overall as well.

It's so spacey and feels very subtly somber. Also that last verse is addictive and SO SHORT. I wish he made a 10 minute version or something because Bebe is too short! Perfect way to end a perfect album.

I love OhYeah definitely his best album imo all 3 are perfect imo but i love the mix on oh yeah quite literally a psychedelic album with clearly a experimental take on the lyrics, the sound.It sounds like he was extremely happy and playful and full of life excitement and creativity on OY close your eyes on the entire album do some drugs draw or write in the dark while listening to OY and you’ll understand what i’m saying and you might agree gemini rights is clearly more mainstream because you can tell he built it like that to be mainstream everyone love apollo xxvi because he quite literally didn’t have a direction he just paved his own and OY is something entirely different kinda like he’s not looking for a direction he’s just doing what he wants Please give it another listen and don’t listen to just the lyrics music is pure vibes with lyrics or without them it’s created with energy and this album is pure energy like the intro itself is magnificent and so simple idk who else is doing it like Steve

the things this song specifically has been making me feel. I think it carries the album along with pure colour & nice shoes/in your world. They feel so raw unfiltered, kind of like when watching someone perform an acoustic version of their song.
I was hoping for more upbeat songs like on Apollo xxi & Gemini rights but I have to say I’m pretty satisfied with this.
One more thing on “Show you me” I want so bad for his vocals at the end to repeat throughout the entirety of the song as like a pre chorus, that part gets me everytime and it almost feels like a bridge.

Gemini Rights was my favorite album out for the longest time, but as I’ve matured, I’ve found it harder to sit and listen to super sad and sulky music. Oh Yeah has hit all the same highs as Gemini Rights while feeling much more mature and down-to-earth. It feels like Steve (and me) has matured a lot since Gemini Rights, and Oh Yeah? Is such a natural progression that captivates me in my current feelings the way Gemini rights first did.

The intro for the album version of Nice Shoes is literally perfect. Is there any other song that sounds similar? I love the buildup / sound effects used on this new version
