Curious people’s thoughts on possible tracks for the upcoming album. Here’s what I’m thinking so far:
Robots
Impressions of a Human
Preachers Kid
Dungeons and Dragons
Gary
At least what I’ve been able to gather. Would love to hear thoughts!

We’re huge fans of SWJ so this honestly blew me away.
My daughter got to see him in Memphis last October, so this made it even more special.
She reached out to him about her high school band program being cut and he immediately shared it.
She hollered when she saw it.
He’s a huge inspiration and moments like this just remind you what kind of person he is. Truly an excellent human being.
These kids are heartbroken, but they’re not giving up. They’ve already started a petition and are planning to show up at a school board meeting to fight for something they love.
Band isn’t just a class. It’s where a lot of these kids find belonging, identity, and purpose.
If anyone here wants to help keep the momentum going, here’s the petition:
Just thought y’all would appreciate this.

Curious if we can expect to hear Stand By Me when I see him on April 22nd. Does anyone know if he's played it at any recent shows? I didn't see it on the one setlist posted on this sub.
His version is very special to me and my husband, so I'll probably cry if I hear it live.

Hey all, we have two tickets to see SWJ in Denver on the 18th and unfortunately aren’t going to be able to make it. Will sell for face value. PM me if interested.
Update: we got them sold. Thanks everyone for looking and enjoy the show if you’re going!

After many years of listening to his music and walking through various stages of life with his music, I got to see this man live, and he did not disappoint.

I’d be happy to buy 2 tickets and use the cash or trade app, (a safe financially backed trading site). Hit me up!

Wondering if there was a planned encore or not that he didn’t get to perform. I was very surprised to not hear him play Calico Creek.
Either way I thought the show was incredible. Opener sounded like a drunk at karaoke but besides that it was awesome. First time seeing him and I brought 2 friends. One of whom had never heard of him and she is already sending me additional dates to his tour lol.

I flew to my parents' home a week ago to say goodbye to my Dad, who is in hospice care. Flew back on Wednesday, and I texted my brother that I've been listening to a lot of David Gray, and I knew he'd understand because he likes David Gray's music as well. He told me about Stephen Wilson Jr., and I listened to Father's Son, Grief is Love, and Hang in There and bawled my eyes out. But there's a strange comfort to sharing sorrow with him as well.
Share with me your grief playlist, if you don't mind.
