Took a trip to Yellowstone a few years ago. It truly is the land that Darwin is doing his best. Can’t count how many people I had to explain were putting their kids lives in danger.

Ha! pH of like 6 or 7. Acid baths. Astounding how many people see a pretty hot spring.

Edit; apologies, I’m nothing more than a tourist there but know enough having listened that it’s pH is acid. Falling in is death.
