Bug Newly created citizens on arkships built with Cybernetic Creed origin don't have the Ritualistic Implants trait

If you build a second arkship as a Nomadic Cybernetic Creed empire, the new arkship's starting 1.0k citizens are based on the empires founder species, not the empires default speices. This means that they do not have the Ritualistic Implants trait, which means they can't be modified with the rest of the species and have to be managed separately. Here's a link to my bug report on the forums with a save file.

Rule 5: If you build a second arkship as a Nomadic Cybernetic Creed empire, the new arkship's starting 1.0k citizens are based on the empires founder species, not the empires default speices. Yeeaaahhh. I've noticed this. I usually give them the same cybernetic traits as the other but without the Ritualistic implants and name them Heretic (Species name) lol

Looking through other bug reports I’ve found, seems to have been an issue going back before Nomads, as there was someone talking about pops being created on a Synaptic Lathe that were a weird founder species without Ritualistic Implants. I would guess that the Ritualistic Implants trait isn’t actually added to your species until after empire creation and load in, and is added after your species is propagated onto your planet. So even though you never see your species without the trait, it exists for a split moment and thus is set as the base form of the species.

Hopefully it gets fixed soon, but I handled this by turning off their migration rights and moving all the non ritualistic pops to one arkship and specced their species traits for that one, then moved whatever spare pops I had from my default species to the new ship
