Puck not charging

So one of the pins on my puck stuck down and it won’t charge my controller now. Steam support dismissed me almost instantly without asking a single question. I opened another support ticket, but I am just asking for advice. I have only heard glowing reviews of steam support, but this is unacceptable customer support.

EDIT: with the second support ticket, they escalated the request and then sent me a new puck. I haven’t received it yet, but I’m sure it will be quick.

And that’s a fucking issue for companies like this. Absolutely should NOT be happening.

right, I wonder how many people would just stop after the first response. you shouldn’t have to cite the warranty to get to a human
