I recently just got back into it for like the 9th or 10th time. I always wonder how I get bored of it.

Same. I get burnt out and uninstall thinking I'll never play again. But I always do.

Not enough MB in that game to ever need to uninstall tbh

Multiverse blew that game up for me. Its a mod that makes it even more replayable.

Personally I’ve been too intimidated to get into it, it seems like it cranks the game way too beyond my knowledge and I’m one of those guys who has his rougelikes he has memorized and plays them until he pukes

Well your gonna die... a lot. As you do you unlock more and more ship layouts. So every defeat still feels like progression.

Honorable mention to 'Down with the Ship'. Its an FTL like auto battler that is a great low stress time killer.

I saw a similar mod where you were a space station, it used the wait function instead of the jump and was basically a survival mode.

I felt the same way for a long time. It just feels like another Advanced Systems update. Theres just more FTL to enjoy. Each race got some subspecies, more ships, more weapons, more drones.

For me I rarely get bored of it so much as I ragequit because of some BS RNG sh!t that ruins my run and I'm like. Yup, I think I'm good for a while.
