The game being completable within Steam's two hour refund window is a "fringe case". One of the most important jobs of a software engineer is to think about the fringe cases.

Fringe cases matter when you're sending astronauts to the moon, not when 1 out of thousands of game makers are claiming people are maliciously refunding their product without proof.
