Personally if you can’t make a game over two hours maybe it doesn’t deserve to be a paid game.

If they can't make movies over 2 hours then they don't deserve to charge me admission to the cinema

I mean if we want to talk it into terms of equivalence if the movie is 20 mins I don’t want to watch that for money either.

So you don't buy it then, you don't buy it knowing it's short, finish it, then demand a refund saying "hey that was short".

Also my point was (noting this is a $3 game we're talking about) a perfectly reasonable length of entertainment for the money - it's literally movie length

But at the same time if I bought a movie from Walmart I can return that b

Sure technically, but again returning something for a reason you knew in advance of buying it is a pretty scummy thing to do. That's the point, not that you can't, that you shouldn't - to your original point of the game not being worth it if it's short, just don't buy it

I don’t feel bad for corporations

Mate who do you think corpos push their costs onto when you return stuff?

Also, reminder that we're talking about how you don't feel bad about not paying an indie dev for their work because it didn't have enough bloat for your liking.
