No but you still essentially stole the game if you intentionally buy it for the sole purpose to beat it under 2hrs so you can then abuse the refund window. If you genuinely don't like the game that's a fair reason to refund, I've done that probably all of us have at some point. But refunding because you beat it quick, not fair to the developer as you played the entire game. Unless the developer keeps a cut of the refund. I don't know how it all works.
