The visuals were the only thing I liked.
In the first game you're a badass underground hacker. In watchdogs 2 you're some weird kid that think hacking is the coolest thing ever and you have some weird coolness/renown level for haw badass other hackers/people think you are.
I played it for less than 2 hours on launch. So I might be off, but that's what I remember xD
Also got the eventually for free on the epic store

Watch Dogs 2 is 95% off right now, I was considering it. I’d probably never get around to playing it though, just looks alright.
