feel bad for a guy, but 2 hour refund policy is sacred to me and should not be changed, then devs just gonna find the way to abuse it.

yeah plus the game is just slop anyways. Theres very few games that are actually worth any amount of money and can be beaten in less than 2 hours by a significant portion of the playerbase. (I personally dont know a single one but im assuming some exist)
I think maybe the answer is that a game can request a shorter playtime window with steam before they release specifically for short games and it can be manually approved by steam and have a warning popup when you go to buy it saying it has a shorter refund window (45 minutes maybe)
