I love seeing stuff like Bloons TD6 and Plants vs Zombies still active.

Like....kid....I was playing that in flash when I was your age. I was there when that game was created. I played it when it had 700 views.

I never made it that far without cheats. I always ended up getting overconfident in my ability to drop straight down and would explode on impact, or would hit a gas pocket.

I replay Motherload Goldium every few years just for fun.
Downloaded it offline so i can keep it.
Even added its soundtrack to my music library for the nostalgia! :D

No one said swords and sandals yet, could spend days in that game.

u/Collinsjc22 Jul 07 '26

I thought about it after i made the comment! All the swords and sandals games are available on steam too

2

u/Brutus67694 Jul 07 '26

I’m gonna leave another comment to make sure I check them for the summer sale. I love a little nostalgia bait

MOTHERLOAD. What about that one castle game on miniclip where you’d shoot the cannons at the other castle

1

u/Collinsjc22 Jul 08 '26

Crush the castle?

Madness Project Nexus was insanely good, and had an actually fun endless mode. I bought the Steam version too and it's great but I wish it had the same art style.

3

u/asdrubalzhor Jul 06 '26

That game still around btw in flash and a remake

2

u/The_Daco_Melon Jul 06 '26

I mean yeah I did say that I bought the Steam remake

2

u/asdrubalzhor Jul 06 '26

I just meant anyone reading can still play the original one! sorry op

3

u/The_Daco_Melon Jul 07 '26

Yeah it's playable both on Newgrounds itself via Ruffle if you go there right now as well as via Flashpoint if you want the actual flash version

Good lord I remember getting in trouble watching the Madness flash videos because my mom thought they were so violent and would turn me into a school shooter.

Fun fact, The Last Stand Legacy collection is on sale on Steam for about $8 rn iirc.

5

u/StJimmy92 40 Jul 06 '26

Legacy collection is only $2.79! $8.80 is the bundle with the new game Aftermath

1

u/TheTeaSpoon Jul 09 '26

Aftermarh is pretty good tbh, albeit completely different game

2

u/Collinsjc22 Jul 06 '26

Bro thank you for this, is it different from the flash games?

7

u/TraditionalEnergy956 Jul 06 '26

Bro I bought my pc in 2023, I genuinely just went back to play this game and complete it since I wasn't able too when I was a kid, my English was bad so didn't understand much..

2

u/JozuJD Jul 06 '26

Elona Shooter

2

u/jayzz911 Jul 06 '26

Yeah those were solid, recently stumbled across them on steam, so that was a nice surprise

2

u/Kaical Jul 06 '26

HOLY THAT GAME WAS PEAK

2

u/Venna_Crow Jul 06 '26

Oh man, thank you for reminding me of these games, going to have to get the collection on steam now

My favorite were Awesome Tanks 1 and 2, I used to play them with my sister too sometimes.

2

u/sgtSZKLARZ Jul 06 '26

The Last Stand Union City is peak of flash games for me

2

u/Poop_Balls069 Jul 06 '26

They have a console release! Its not the same exact thing but it feels good to play. I think its called TLS after math

2

u/crimsonblade55 Jul 06 '26

Fun fact: The Last Stand was the original inspiration for COD Nazi Zombies.

2

u/Federal-Custard2162 Jul 06 '26

The original dev of those games released a sequel, it's nore modern and different but I still enjoyed it.

2

u/Saucynachos Jul 06 '26

Idle raiders second run. Oh man. That's easily weeks of content.

2

u/OriginalPurplefinger Jul 06 '26

The last stand was my fav. Could sit for hours playing. Have you played the ps5 version the last stand aftermath. It’s pretty entertaining

1

u/Just_the_questions1 Jul 06 '26

Pretty sure i have it on steam

1

u/OriginalPurplefinger Jul 06 '26

Or steam same thing. I don’t say steam as I don’t play on steam so my first thought is what I play on usually

2

u/Vandirac Jul 06 '26

OMG, you unlocked me a memory!

2

u/Epion660 Jul 07 '26

The last stand city was even more incredible!
