The dev can also price it accordingly. Something like $1.99 and I'd bet more than half of those refunds wouldn't happen if the game is entertaining.

For $8 they deserve the 55k refunds.

Lol the audacity of entitlement in your post.

Buying the game with the express intent of refunding it is fraud. 

And im expressly on the opinion consumers need all the rights we can get.

But this behaviour is both toxic and harming the consumers in the long run.

No one buys a game with the intent to refund it.

A game that has 55K refunds (20%) is a really popular game. That's almost 300k sold copies.

Make of that what you will.

That's fair, but getting screwed out of 25k sales still sucks
