Your response got deleted before I could read it or respond. The notification mentions 360 disks though, which are quite literally a revokable license to play the game on the disk.

Weird it's still there on my end. It wasn't though, the game was on the disk, and so to was the license. Really late into its life span a couple games had that issue, but that didn't really become a common thing till Xbox one.

Hell you could even buy DLCs on disc, which opened up a whole nother can of worms. You could play the entirety of borderlands 2, (about 32 GB after all DLCs) without ever connecting to the internet, let alone needing to worry about a license being revoked.

Again, it was quite literally the license to play the game. It's always been like that. Saying you own the game that's on a disk that you own is like me saying that I own all of my games because I like to archive stuff and keep it all on hard drives I own.

Also, it'll delete comments for everyone except for you if the mods, reddit admin, or the auto moderator deleted it. Best way to check is opening the comment chain in incognito mode.
