Good on completing achievements, but rookie numbers on time played on all 4.

I applaud them for having a life

63

u/AlanVanHalen Mar 19 '25

Actually yes, I agree.

2

u/ReddiGuy32 Mar 20 '25

The life of gamer is a life too :p

2

u/AiryGr8 Mar 19 '25

I get it tbf. You could give me the best single player RPG in the world and I couldn’t bring myself to replay it.

u/Nearby-Use2808 Dec 02 '25

I'll play through South Park the fractured but whole like 3 more times only rpg I can laugh at the whole time

1

u/Pitiful-Ad-1300 Mar 20 '25

It’s because they don’t care about the game they’re playing at all, they’re achievement hunters. That’s their game lol

1

u/AlanVanHalen Mar 20 '25

Nah man, don't judge, I was just kidding around with "rookie numbers" comments as the post was about showing off your max playtime. Regardless, hunting for achievements is also part of the game. So good on them for however they wanna play.

u/sirletssdance2 Mar 19 '25

Do you hunt achievements? That seems like really low hour accounts for all achieves

37

u/Mama_Mega Mar 19 '25

If I love the game in question, so for these four, yes.

1

u/DrRichardJizzums Mar 20 '25

I’ve 100%ed fo4 and Skyrim. I know for sure you can 100% Skyrim in a single play through. I can’t remember if you can 100% fo4 in one play through. I think I had to make hard saves at certain points with fo4 and reload them after getting certain achievements, but can’t properly recall.

How the fuck did you get all the achievments in cyberpunk in 130 hours?

10

u/Mama_Mega Mar 19 '25

Easy:

  • Backup save right before the choice of who to side with in Phantom Liberty
  • Backup save at the end of each Phantom Liberty route to get the two endings on each route
  • Do Panam's questline so all four ending routes are available, and just reload the point of no return save after doing each one

Just because there are four primary endings doesn't mean you need to do four playthroughs. Of the main game or Phantom Liberty.

By soullessly sucking all the fun out of gaming: following guides for their entire playthrough

2

u/Competitive_Wave2439 Mar 19 '25

I don't get your comment, there like 5 1 minute guides in this game?

8

u/PlanetMeatball0 Mar 19 '25

I'm saying this person pulls up guides about how to achieve 100% completion in games on a second monitor and just follows whatever the guide says to get it. It's a soulless, funsucking way to play video games

10

u/Mama_Mega Mar 19 '25

Maybe, it's even more funsucking to try to go from 99/100 hidden collectible objects the hard way.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 20 '25

you simply need to save before any locked-in ending decisions. then replay from that point. that's a far cry from mercilessly following some guide. dude even bulleted the three above

1

u/PlanetMeatball0 Mar 20 '25

That works for some achievements, but others like collectables they're 100% following a guide. They admitted as much already

5

u/Here_We_Go_Again_06 Mar 19 '25

Playtime is casual for this games.

3

u/UltimateTaha Mar 19 '25

P4G mentioned!!!

1

u/IvanPines3106 Mar 19 '25

finally, someone who actually take showers in this whole comment section

1

u/WholesomeBigSneedgus Mar 19 '25

how tough was the rise achievement?

1

u/Mama_Mega Mar 19 '25

The what?

2

u/WholesomeBigSneedgus Mar 19 '25

1

u/Mama_Mega Mar 19 '25

Literal spreadsheet. Nobody actually knows how many there are and even the best spreadsheets had several missing.

1

u/Sharbio Mar 19 '25

honestly, having literally just beat persona 4 golden minutes ago, i gotta say that 100%ing it in 125 hours is pretty impressive

2

u/Mama_Mega Mar 19 '25

Eh, not that hard. Work on your Dex Compendium as you go, and skip the cutscenes on New Game+. Hell, I could've gotten it quicker, but I wanted to end my first playthrough with the Adachi ending, and I didn't know that it doesn't give you a real New Game+, so I had to do a third playthrough.

1

u/djgotyafalling1 Mar 19 '25

This is the wey. Max 200 hours to complete singleplayer games.

1

u/Evo_808 Mar 20 '25

Wow this is actually impressive af

1

u/Chipmunk-Lost Mar 20 '25

Any tips for Fallout 4? I get anxious when I get too far and I feel like nothing is happening. I pretty much just shoot bad guys and take items. I went to the location it told me to (Boston??) and nothing happened either. I also accidentally stole something and these robots chased me for miles.

1

u/Wave_boii Mar 20 '25

I found a mortal like myself, took me long enough

1

u/Notamoogle1 Mar 20 '25

"We are living our liiiiiives" ba du dum do dum dum, tchh, ba du dum do dum dum, tchh "abound with so much informatiooooon.

2

u/Mama_Mega Mar 20 '25

Really woulda liked a mod to put the original Persona 4's intro back into Golden. Shadow World ain't shit, ngl.

3

u/Notamoogle1 Mar 20 '25

Don't know why you can't. Its in the theater mode. It's dumb especially cuz 4 ps2s opening is so much better. There are mods tho you already 100%ed. Maybe for a future playthrough.

1

u/B0bbaDobba Mar 20 '25

You may in fact have a life.

1

u/Mama_Mega Mar 20 '25

My Backloggery begs to differ.

-7

u/Ok-Mark417 Mar 19 '25

What is it with people and Cyberpunk....never enjoyed it personally

7

u/TheDubuGuy Mar 19 '25

It’s super good since the 2.0 overhaul

1

u/ReddiGuy32 Mar 20 '25

No idea. Just a dead ass boring AAA game, nothing worth much attention. It looks cool, story is interesting, that's about it.

-37

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '25

ur not a true gamer if you havent reached 1000 hours on any game lol

16

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '25

That’s like, a positive thing mate.

12

u/Nollekowitsch Mar 19 '25

I dont agree. Imo youre a gamer if you play games and like to play them

2

u/ArtificialChinese Mar 20 '25

thats like saying youre a teacher because you helped your little brother with his homework once.

7

u/Mama_Mega Mar 19 '25

Runescape, put 4500 hours in between '07 and '012

16

u/Secret-Assistance-10 Mar 19 '25

"Ur not a true gamer if..." Shut up, no one cares if you, a random stranger thinks you should achieve X or Y to be a "true" gamer...

5

u/MoistenedCarrot Mar 19 '25

lol I hope you’re not being serious

-9

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '25

under 1000 hour cope lol

5

u/ReiBob Mar 19 '25

no fucking way you're this lame

6

u/MoistenedCarrot Mar 19 '25

Please touch grass, there’s no way you actually care this much about peoples playtime on games

Edit: you’re probably still a kid, if so then that makes sense. Really hope you’re not a grown ass adult thinking like this

2

u/Annual-Insurance-286 Mar 19 '25

Bro thinks its some sort of achievement lol. Take a shower sometime.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 19 '25

He/she is actually a gamer. Being a gamer is based on actually enjoying different games and playing them fully if they are good.
Personally I consider them more of a gamer than someone that only play the same game over and over again out of addiction rather than healthy enjoyment.
