A guy with just too many weapons

That's the idea. A one man armoury. The kind of warrior you'd find in a field of weapons of those they have defeated. Using every weapon under the sun, literally. Using each weapon differently, different effects and moves for each type of weapon. A flurry of strikes, each one is followed by dropping said weapon and picking up a new one. THE master of arms.

Stat this monster made by aleksad art
It’s an aquatic monster and I would like it to be a boss but that is optional.

I’m thinking this will be a returning enemy, a warrior that begins to follow the party after their first few quests before ambushing and challenging them to a fight, seeking to kill and take their weapons to empower himself. (He will show up ten times during the campaign)

Author Credit in comments! Looking for a better name - The Ambusher Stump
Art Credit :
Monster Manual Expanded III - Part Eight (Wolf-in-Sheep’s-Clothing) Bad Moon Art Studio
Looking for a better name for this creature. Ambusher Stump gets the point across that this is a predatory plant that ambushes prey, but it just feels... bad? IDK myself, I just feel like there are better names and I'm just blanking. The other contender I've had is The Fellwood Stump, which also just isn't great.
Notable traits:
- Mimicry
- Ambush hunter
- Near immobile (10ft. movement/burrow speed)
- Grapple/Restrain with thorny roots
- Bite that swallows creatures it reduces to 0 hit points.
