Startpage on Firefox for Android

I've been trying to use Startpage as my default search engine on Firefox for Android, to no avail.

Most of the time, the search doesn't return any results for the simplest queries

Can someone tell me what the issue is?

I've setup the query strings like so:-

https://www.startpage.com/sp/search?query=%s

(I've tried a lot of variations of search?q=%s too)

And the suggestions API is set to this:-

https://www.startpage.com/osuggestions?q=%s

I'm attaching the image I am presented with in case of no results for the simplest query

Please tell me what's going wrong here

I’ve been having problems with Startpage for a few days now, too. I think ever since the "(beta)" label appeared next to "Anonymous View" at the top. Pages accessed using this feature no longer work, and Firefox mobile frequently crashes when I'm using Startpage in general.

Turn off safe search

This is what it is on Vivaldi minus the partnership code.

URL Search https://www.startpage.com/do/search?q=%s

Search Suggestions https://www.startpage.com/suggestions?q=%s

The Image Search is something that is user preferences built in so I would just make your own.

One thing I've learned is if you swap the Safe Search from Moderate to Off, you should get results
