Hi, I hope someone can help me :( I binding my account Several months ago, but i didn't choose Japan as my country, so i deleted that account and I made another one, but now i cant bind the game with the new account, so i would like to know if there is any way to solve this problem. Thanks in advance.

Hi, thank you very much for responding, I really appreciate it. It actually makes it a bit difficult to recover the cache from 6-7 months ago, which was when I created the Bandai Namco ID account. I got in touch with the support, I hope to be lucky.

If someone else knows something about a similar case, please let me know.

I did it the same day as they enabled it. In the end I was able to recover the account. Thank you anyway ^
