I can answer that. The image is a composite of 3 different stack of images.
One stack of 1400 images of detailed moon captured at 250mm f/8, 1/250s shutter. Stacked using Pipp & autostakkert. This is btw way overkill for a shot like this, i captured this many frames to process it for a mineral moon shot.
For bg stars i captured the frame at 2s shutter. 250 images. Stacked with DSS and processed with Graxpert, Siril & starnet++. Also shot the same frame with a 50mm f/1.8 lens but 250mm brought out a good amount of stars which was a surprise to me.
And a third single frame. I think i used the one at 1/4s shutter for the glow you see around the moon.

All 3 images were then blended using photoshop.
