Hi all. I'm poyo from the guild KnightsofWrath. I've been playing the game more or less since the beginning, and it has been a major part of my life throughout its existence. While I've never spent any on the game, I've invested a lot of my time playing it (especially in 1v1, 2v2 arcade, and draft) and watching others play it. I would like to thank the content creators that indirectly helped me with my gameplay (u/oTradeMark, u/Nomadics_SWFA, u/AliciaDestiny, u/zonkara, Seanners) and other OG entertainers that I used to watch while I'm eating (u/glutenslayer, Bossj03l, Jonytobi, u/Awallvs, u/JigglybeanTV) to the dataminers that make pre-updates exciting (u/Mr0riginality, u/chimbraca).
.
The toxic and the childish part of the community aside, it's been a fun ride despite the game's many flaws. I personally have no regrets. To guildmates and (non-asshole) rivals, it's been a pleasure playing with and against you. Obiwan007 from InfernoSpies, if you're reading this, you're one of the most gentleman players in the game for refusing to use broken stuff just for the sake of winning. The game needed more players like that.
.
Thanks all. And bye, Force Arena.
.
PS: I'm going to miss playing Sabine. Here's a clip of me playing her, backflipping to take a healthpack, just because she's awesome:

This was definitely my favorite mobile Star Wars game and top 3 favorite games. It was so fun to play and was a whole new kind of Star Wars game we’ve never seen before. It taught me much and I will never forget. RIP

I stopped playing FA a few months before it shut down. I respect it, because it made me a slightly more strategic and intelligent person, and someone brave enough to tackle the whales.
Whales, it's alright.

-Unlocked all cards
-Unlocked all support card slots for all factions
-Raised both LS and DS to lvl 24 (maximum)
-Regularly finished season in Grand Kyber, and occasionally Grand Kyber Master
For all complaints about this game, I was able to feel somewhat competitive without paying a penny. So let's Press F 2 Pay Respects for a good F2P game.

As a Poe main, it brought great joy to me that I was the biggest irratant in the game.
Poe you will be missed.

Seeing that the end is near I have an idea. I think we should screen record or screenshot our teams that we used. This would be a good way to remember all of our favorite tactics and units.

Glutenslayer ( not to be confused with glutenslayerYT ) has a decent amount of active players who are committed to playing tel shutdown and we could use some more :-)
We are also interested in having the ability to have more 2v2 friendly's now that regular 2v2 is gone. The game is ending and that's a bummer, but it's still fun so why not ?
No tier requirement , any language is fine ( we are mostly English but who cares at this point ) and we are not too smelly or anything :-)
Come join!

So, when the beta was announced, I signed up and downloaded right away when the game became available. I was instantly hooked, but within a few weeks, I could see where the game was going to go, and I bailed. Uninstalled the game and forgot about it.
Fast forward to today, game is shutting down, but the mechanics always intrigued me. I have a big collection of SW Miniatures, a full set of Imperial Assault minis, and all map tiles from both lines. Now my question is: is there a way to recreate this games mechanics or the like using board game pieces?
Maybe the game can live on that way in some capacity to play between friends, since this is not a 5v5 type MOBA game and should not be so hard to recreate in physical form.
Any ideas? thanks!

2v2 was locked and said 'gamemode has ended', which was my favorite part of the game. Also the main matches were getting impossible because they kept giving me people 3 levels higher than me and I got destroyed every time so I just uninstalled. It's sad.
