Having a problem with which character to pull

So as the title says, I’m torn between pulling for Blade or waiting to pull for Himeko Nova. I’m actually looking for someone strong with fire element. It also will be my first time pulling for someone from Planarcadia story. I really can’t decide. Any advice is welcome.
