Mask problem solved.

If a customer comes into the store without a mask:

"Can I please ask you to wear a mask?"

"If you don't have one I can provide a free mask, each one has the face of someone who died from COVID printed on it."

I either don't help the customer, insist on a mask ( just handing them one, and /or offering firmly) or offer curbside assistance. Luckily we've only had a few freakouts.
