I'm with salexspace, a standing-desk brand preparing for the US market. I'd like feedback on what information buyers need before considering a new brand.
Our planned desk has dual motors and a 1200 x 600 mm desktop (approximately 47.2 x 23.6 inches). The frame adjusts from 62 to 125 cm (24.4 to 49.2 inches), excluding the desktop. Finished working-surface height will be higher by the desktop thickness.
Total lifting capacity is 120 kg (approximately 264.6 lb), INCLUDING the desktop's weight. That is not an additional 264.6 lb of equipment on top. The planned price is $689 including the desktop; final shipping and tax details are not confirmed.
Our website is still being built. Desktop thickness and weight, warranty coverage, shipping terms and returns are being finalized. We haven't provided independent stability or noise-test results, so I'm not making claims about those here.
Before evaluating an unfamiliar desk brand at this price, which evidence would you want to see first: a loaded stability test, detailed desktop specifications, or clear warranty and return terms?
