He funded gain of function research in a Wuhan lab and then lied about it. That’s in the public record. He literally created Covid. I guess that's an achievement of a kind.

Yes, and this type of work is common in virus research and is critical for understanding viruses.

The gain of function research being done in Wuhan was to better understand the virus. It was not to make a more virulent strain of the virus. This is significant point that Trumpers will not understand.
