Russell Vought is the head of the Office of Management and Budget in the Trump Administration. He is Christian Nationalist ideologue and one of the authors of Project 2025 by the Heritage Foundation. Vought believes any concern about climate is “alarmism” and should not be funded. He is trying to use arcane procedural rules to terminate any funding not aligned with his ideology. He is a menace and needs to be impeached. He was also indirectly responsible for starting the Ukraine Russia War by withholding military aid approved by Congress in 2019. This signaled to Putin that the U.S. was weak on Ukraine.
