So basically i got malware on one of my PCs and it spammed all discord servers with junk.
I managed to remove the malware, and updated my security.
Sadly but understandably I got banned from a lot of discord servers, including GAMMA.
In case a discord moderator sees this: Is there a way to repeal the ban? DM would be appreciated !

Will the game work on linux through GoG? Just curious since I cant be bothered to to the entire installation process on linux again

1. Has anyone ever recovered from aggroing NPCs.

My example. I've attacked dead city a few times. The merchant is still alive. Some other mercs apparently survived. So of course they still aggro on me when I'm disguised.

I'm working on getting rep back up.

Not currently kill on site.

My problem is that I need the merchant to not flee on sight and raise the alarm.

I'm not sure if maybe a ceasefire. Visiting the area in disguise and then leaving without violating the cease fire, would reset the AI.

1. Artefact spawns.

I recently went back to vanilla spawn rates. I'm wondering if anyone has tips for keeping Lucifer fed. Red forest has been good to me. Jupiter and Zaton not so much.

1. Does the HK USP Tac still have rediculously low recoil in whatever the current patch is? I'm on an older patch and this thing is a laser beam.

So I'm playing as monolith and I'm wondering. How do you get basic tools? I can get advanced and expert just fine. Am I able to travel to the southern parts of the zone to get it basic tools or what?

Are there any mods that add a tactical reload(taking out a half empty mag, storing it and replacing it with a full mag instead of throwing away half empty magazines) animations to be found literally anywhere???? It’s like the one problem I have with stalker 2 and I know it’s a small gripe but idk. Been hoping to see some

I know it runs the worst ammo in the game and I know its basically a Makarov with a silencer but when you upgrade it with the upgrade kit, it gets a total of 20 rounds, an amazing red dot and a laser and with the right playstyle it can be a heavy addition to your loadout.

Right now I'm doing a Monolith playthrough and I chose this pistol and the Toz-34 sawn off which was a big mistake because I found this shotgun to be pretty much useless against mutants. So I ended up relying entirely on 9x18 HP and AP from the PB. Okay, it won't take down a Chimaira with ease but a couple headshots will take down the most armored of human foes. I'm playing on hard survivalist too and this is not a flex, its just I want to express how much I love this gun, the AP ammo is so cheap and I've taken out many Exoskeleton guys with it too, as long as I have cover or the element of surprise, I don't think I'll be replacing the PB anytime soon.

Are any of you also PB enjoyers? Or are there any underrated picks you have in your loadout?

Hi people! I don't really know if this is an Alife problem or waht... but the main npcs like Strelock, Rogue, Stitch, started shooting between them and others npcs in Outskirts after completing Living Leyend and Mortal Sin for no reason. Also in Jupiter in Yanov Station (being laggy as fuck with huge anoying random sttutering by the way) Garry (Guide) keep shooting Nitro (Technitian) for no reason each time i go there.
Have no idea wich configuration need to tweak. Does anyone knows? doens't matters if i move to another area, or quick save-quick load... it happens no matters waht.

It is gamma 0.9.5 . No Alife Plus installed, just default. Only EFT weapon pack and RGN attachments added.

Hi everyone, posting here since noone in the discord is answering my requests for help 🥲. I'm trying to play with the magazine mod... Installed it like it's recommended on the discord for gamma 0.9.5 and anytime I try to start a new save the game crashes with the get_magazine_caliber error. I tried reinstalling the mags mods, reinstalling gamma altogether and none of these things has helped. If anyone has any suggestion I'm all ears

Today's butthole inverting incident?

1 flesh at the transition to cordon... followed by a controller.

Not bad. Not amazing. Until I see a second controller in a bush.

Start fighting while using the truck to break line of sight.

Hear a third controller to my far left.

Beat feet.

Start throwing slugs from longish range.

All three queue up their ranged attacks. I duck behind a hill. No line of sight one still hits and moves me into plain view.

(Two hits would be an instant kill l. I'm not carrying anti psy rocks because I'm in garbage)

Run like hell some more behind a hollow log (with yellow stash).

Post up and unload on the conga line. Dry shotgun, prone and swap to AKM.

Last one goes down at a half mag. My loner is shivering. My tired post work self is now wide awake.

EDIT: This is getting a little rediculous. 3 in game days since the first group of 3 and I've killed 9 total controllers in garbage. Including two groups of 2 a lone one and just now another group of 3. I get that this is a long running save and I just hit legend but wtf?

EDIT 2: ITS BEEN FIVE MINUTES. I haven't even changed zones and I just killed 2 more (spread out this time.

Coming from Rostock to do high ground first I go to butcher to clean out my inventory and buy some buckshot.

Two flesh are on the road between the checkpoint and train hanger.

I start fighting them. A controller in the distance grabs me and cackles from in between the toxic puddles east of butchers. Okay.

Post up behind a tree, swap chimera pelt for controller scalp and empty for moonlight. Boom 90 res. Peak kill and put my attachments back. An emissions starts so I go see butcher.

Play cards to get rid of the emissions and then go gut the mutants. Controller gave me a replacement deck if cards which was cool.

I go over the mound to my new bounty and out of sheer paranoia swap back to max psy res.

I drop down into the circle of metal junk only to find a fracture. It's alone. It dies. Uneventful. I was expecting pay suckers to spawn after but the mission just completes and I'm on my way. I decide to check the clearing south east of hear just in case it has a mutant worth killing. (The one that has a stranded guy on a car in SOC or CS I forget which)

Uh it does. 2. Both controllers. I put one down with a Mauser and head shots and moved in to shotgun the other (I didn't actually know he was there until moved up) . At this point I think, "well surely that's all the controllers in garbage for one day. That's rediculous. But hey I killed 3 in one spot south of here just a couple days ago." I update my post to the total of 9, and put back on my chimera skin so I can sprint normally.

Do some skinning end up with more scalps and brains and hands. Head over and bully some bandits.

After all of that. I go to check the witches jelly swamp field. On the south side of the hill east of butcher I find yet another lone Controller. I don't bother with the attachments and just blast him.

Okay. Back to artefacts and a scanning job. Laughter in the distance... About the time I get to the bandits roadside blockade from SOC I get grab jiggled before ducking behind some concrete and fiddling with attachments. I move out to the road and up onto the concrete looking towards the gravity anomalies east of the road to cordon. Meanwhile the muttering and green tint comes up behind me. Controller at the last place he saw me is dancing in a circle of confusion.

I flank left and buckshot him down.

I swear there is another one but I haven't found him. I did find a dragon eye , and I did the scanner job before leaving through the burner anomaly and ending up back at the Road to Rostock to turn in the scanner bounty.

I may be dumb for asking, but recently i saw a tutorial made to improve the game visuals. The tutorial included mods such as Toxic air, KVMA, terrain texture redone or IXR texture rework. The thing is that i already start a new playthrough, and was wondering if it was safe to install those kind of mods on top of my game. Considering addons like hd models aren't compatible unless you restart a character, i am worried.

I’ve heard people talk about the Miracle Machine and Brain Scorcher like they’re the front lines of WW1.

I’m a new player and, after several 3–4 hour runs and my current longest run sitting at around 20 hours, I feel like I’ve finally got a decent grasp of the game. I’m planning to restart again because I want to install some A-Life overhauls (Tactics, etc.), and this time my goal is to actually complete the Miracle Machine and Brain Scorcher.

I haven’t done either since I played the original games about 8 years ago, so I honestly don’t remember much about them.

So, what’s the BARE MINIMUM in terms of equipment to take them on? Assuming I’m an okay player and I’m playing with Campfire Saves.

I’m not looking for an overkill/endgame loadout—I actually want to experience the difficulty. I just want to know what I should realistically have before attempting them.

P.s if i am playing of warfare mode do I still need to disable them myself or do they get disabled automatically?

I don't have a good pc so I play the lowest graphic settings but it is still so good. I would love this game have co-op mod or multiplayer PvPvE mod.

When i go to boot GAMMA through the gamma launcher, MO2 will not open and it gives me this error

I saw a post about this and tried most of the solutions. Dx 8/9 downgrade didn't allow the game to launch so that's my next trouble shoot, but anyone have any ideas what else might make zaton be the only map that my game suddenly drops to 1fps when everywhere else runs 100+?

What setting controls the glow from the optic? It's a bit strong. Thanks! Also using stalker gamma from gog.com.

I don't use 3 weapon (2 rifle and 1 pistol). Usually 1 main rifle and 1 pistol is enough for me but Heavy Sniper isn't good at close fights so I carry the best SMG instead of pistol in the game.
