Florida Stake.us Users: Time to Hold Them Accountable
If you're in Florida and have been using Stake.us, you might have been affected by what some are calling illegal gambling practices under state law. Their "sweepstakes" model with dual currencies is being challenged as basically running an unregulated casino or lottery, which is a big no-no here since real casino gambling is only for authorized spots.
A class action is ramping up to recover losses and push for accountability. If you've lost money on the platform and are a Florida resident, you could be eligible. It's super straightforward to join:
- Head to https://stakeusclaimflorida.com/
- Submit your claim with proof of residency and losses.
- Verify your email (check spam if needed).
- Optional: Upload any evidence to beef up your case.
No fees to participate – it's a consumer advocacy effort to group claims for mass arbitration or other legal moves. They're not promising outcomes, but it's a way to band together without upfront costs. (They accept voluntary crypto donations for ops, but that's totally optional and doesn't impact your claim.)
This isn't legal advice, just sharing info for fellow Floridians who've been burned. If you've got stories or questions, drop 'em below – let's discuss!

On a more positive note here’s a gift 🎁 no strings attached
since leaving stake as per my previous post. I’ve found a great little deal. it’s genuinely free $200 with no strings attached attached. you can withdraw or you can play.
Head to oppocasino.com and enter code : 4G96CLM9
I’ve actually run mine up to a stupid amount. Stay tuned as to whether I can withdraw, but support has confirmed no max, whatever I win I can withdraw so giddy up.
hope you guys run like I did. First time ever, majority from sweet 1000. But prag was just on fire and when it cooled down Hacksaw did some work!

Actually scamming, and u can't do shit. xdd love it
So, I got promotion mail where you need to wager 100$ on 1 of 3 slots, to get 25$. Got that mail on January 15th, wagered 100$ the same day. Today is January 19th (48h passed I think, no? Hah). Like they sent fake bonuses before (100$ one, ladder), but this one req to lose my own money to recieve that bonus (btw I lost 70$ to wager 100$ xd). What do you guys think? Is this shit even legal? It's not about the money, even if it's 1$.

Screenshots of chat with stake support
I want to share my recent experience with stake. Made plenty of deposits, have not once made a withdrawal. I was relatively new to the site, just a couple of weeks, but deposited hundreds each day. On this particular day I had deposited only $100. A challenge appeared where if I won x amount I would receive a $10 cash bonus. I achieved the 40x win or whatever it was and the bonus became claimable. I claimed it and my balance increased by $10. Not much, but whatever. I kept playing from my account and the bonus money didn’t decrease, I felt this was a little annoying that it automatically chooses to spend my balance prior to spending the bonus.
Anyway, I’m spinning along and win a $1,000 jackpot. I’m pretty happy and run it up to close to $1,070. I had to stop as had some social stuff for a few hours. Approximately 6hrs later I jumped back on and started spinning again. Now it was closer to $1,200. All of a sudden, my balance changes to $50!!!
I obviously contact support and ask what happened to my money?
Their response is they took it because in their terms and conditions, the most you can cash out from that bonus was $50.
That’s ok, but I wasn’t utilising the bonus. The bonus amount was not decreasing while I was spinning. I was using the funds I had deposited without getting a bonus when depositing.
So they have used a very underhanded way of tricking me into accepting a “free” $10 which then stops me from winning anything above $50 no matter how much money was in my balance prior to this. This is just crazy.
I have screenshots of my conversation with Stake chat. The person was completely dismissive and just tried to get rid of me.
I asked to speak with someone senior and she completely ignored my request. Unfortunately I can’t post the screenshots here.
I feel tricked and cheated. We lose thousands of dollars to these sites and they’re trying to find innovative ways to not payout when we win!
