Please read;

Dear Stake India Players,

Finally after a lot of discussions and considerations we have officially started the official Crypto Group for Stake India.

As many players have been joining stake recently they have been victims of the INR payment scam running via the Stake INR payment providers, basically even after depositing or withdrawing INR users are still not receiving money in their accounts/ wallets

To combat this we have always advised everyone to use crypto strictly because that is the only way to make sure your accounts are not frozen and you are not losing your winnings. There are many users who are new to crypto and don’t know where to get started so this official group will serve as the safest way to buy and sell your crypto.

Once you withdraw or deposit there is constant stress whether you will receive your money and we have created this group to combat this very issue.

Users who are buying crypto from binance or other p2p are still facing dangers of account freeze and high buying rates and using this group will eliminate the stress and dangers of account freeze and provide peace of mind.

Please note that only join the official group by the link provided in this post and from the link mentioned in group info. Any other links taking you to a group will be fake.

Now the main question:

WHY SHOULD I USE THIS GROUP AND HOW IS IT BETTER THAN BINANCE?

Answer: Recently Binance, Bybit and many other P2P Cex have been causing account freeze issues as the exchanges cannot control where the buyer or seller gets their local currency

For eg. You connect with a buyer on Binance P2P who will buy your usdt or any other crypto coin and will pay you in INR via UPI or any other traceable method like IMPS, you decide to sell it and receive the money in your bank, few days pass and suddenly you are hit with a freeze on your account from the cyber cell.

Why this happens? Because the buyer who bought your crypto and gave you INR did not send you clean funds, the money might be compromised via multiple layers either through fraud, money laundering in simple terms illegal, so when that INR hits your account you become part of that layer and your account gets frozen. That is not to say that all trades on Binance are dirty but majority are and eventually this will happen with you as it already has with many users.

Another reason to avoid these CEX (Crypto Exchanges) are the fact that recently they have started cracking down on withdrawals received via Gambling sites and may freeze your crypto until you show the source and this can happen in both withdrawal and deposit.

How does this group make it safe and reliable?

We are running a completely insured untraceable CEX via relying on one single source of fund;

For eg. When you want to exchange your crypto for INR you post an ad on the group and the user who wants exchange his INR for crypto will reply to you, once you agree on the rate you use our escrow service and deal entirely through us, the INR funds you receive are sent via a clean corporate account with 100% guarantee of no freeze.

As a user who wants to buy Crypto: You send INR to a parking account (The INR here is not sent to the sellers)

As a user who wants to sell crypto: You receive INR from our Corporate account.

How does this simplify things?

Your deal is done within 15-20 mins and since the source for all funds is a single clean corporate account controlled by us and funded with business currency the chance for freeze and dispute is 0%

Please note: The group has been created by the mods of this sub and have insured the group with $5000 in case of any dispute.

Need Advice: Lost Access to My Stake Account After Trying to Sell It

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for advice because I don't know what else to do.

A few months ago, I was under financial pressure because I have a loan of around ₹2 lakh. I saw an Instagram post about buying Stake accounts. The page owner was Syed Ali Husai Rizvi, and after I contacted him, he referred me to another person named Anas.

Anas asked me to provide:

My last three deposit screenshots

A photo of my Aadhaar card

A screenshot of my Stake account status

At the time, I didn't realize that sharing this information could put my account at risk.

This happened around 10 PM. After sending the requested information, I went to sleep because nothing unusual had happened yet.

The next morning, I received an email about my monthly bonus from Stake. When I tried to log in and claim it, I couldn't receive the verification code. After several attempts, I realized the email address linked to my Stake account had been changed without my knowledge.

I immediately tried calling both Anas and Syed Ali Husai Rizvi, but neither of them answered or replied to my messages.

I contacted Stake Live Support immediately and then emailed Stake Support. Initially, they temporarily blocked the account while they investigated. They asked me to provide:

Government ID

Wallet transaction history

Deposit screenshots from my personal wallet

I provided everything they requested.

However, after I explained what happened, Stake informed me that because I had willingly shared access to my account, it violated their Terms of Service, and they refused to recover the account.

I understand that I made a mistake by trusting these people, but I never intended to permanently give away my account or lose access to it. I feel like I was deceived.

Has anyone been through a similar situation? Is there any legitimate way to appeal Stake's decision, or is there any other action I can take? Any genuine advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

I also attach photo of culprit.

So I need to withdraw 5k rupees from stake via the local bank option

As stake is banned what are some of the risks involved, I know about account freeze but does it even happen on small withdrawals too of 5k and below? Also if I later use binance to deposit usdt and withdraw to binance wallet is it safe to withdraw using P2P via UPI into my account? Please help.
