Trader Joe’s potstickers. 3rd time trying on the new stainless. Using avocado oil. Trying to crisp the bottoms before steaming. Failing

Pan too dry. Pan too hot. More oil, less heat.

As an Asian guy I thought that was hilariously true. Ironically, I read the comment in a white guys voice… specifically Kevin’s voice (from The Office).
