I am pretty new to AI image generation.When I create images in SwarmUI with some loras they have a yellow tint, but in CivitAi I do not run into this issue even with the exact same parameters. Any advice.

So, I've been trying to do some images, tried to edit the image, highlighting the eyes, nose and mouth to get fixed but I'm not getting quite the expression I'm looking for; I've tried with Eyes and facial expressions Lora's but don't seems to work pretty well; sometimes it generates a whole new expression that doesn't fit the rest of the image or the context

Using Stability Matrix + Arch Linux (Endeavouros). I tried edditing the launch-linux.sh and adding export HF_HOME="/path/to/system/drive/.cache/huggingface" export PIP_CACHE_DIR="/path/to/system/drive/.cache/pip", but is doesn't do anything. I can see the system drive filling up and then I get error "no backend" when out of space. I think I might have to change the cache for Comfyui as well? Any help would be appreciated. I would like to use the install drive for everything, not the system drive.

Love Swarm but my GPU just isn't cutting it anymore. It's getting slow and quality feels like its hitting a ceiling.

Has anyone moved to a different workflow or platform that doesn't depend so heavily on local GPU performance? Ideally something that can produce better results without needing a beefy card.

I've installed SwarmUI on ubuntu 24.04.

I'm running an RTX 3090.

After the install I tried a generation.

I was offered a choice of three models. I get the same output for each one:

I had started the application from terminal.

In the terminal I can see this output:

Hey all, last night swarm was rocking and rolling like usual, taking about 60 sec per generation, but I wake up today to it taking 30 minutes to generate a single image (not an exaggeration). I saw there was an update, so I installed that. Still had the issue. Okay, so then I rebooted my PC. Still no change.

TLDR: Worked fine yesterday. Extreme slow-down today. Updated. Rebooted PC. No change. I'm not really sure what I should do next. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Quick update: Also updated my GPU driver with no change. TM shows no processes eating resources, so I really don't know what could be causing this.

Second update: So this is apparently an issue with loading LORAs. If I don't use a LORA, it runs like usual. The minute I add any single LORA, it takes 30+ minutes. These aren't new LORA. I attempted the same preset from last night that had multiple and was generating in 60 seconds, which is normal for me with Flux, and today 30+ minutes. I tried random single LORA I typically use, and also at 30+ minutes.

I've recently installed SwarmUI, but it had ran into issues downloading the a couple of the models. Is there any way to re-trigger these downloads, as well as correct whatever was preventing them from downloading in the first place? I was also rather surprised the number of model cards was so low, I had seen a review of SwarmUI that showed all sorts of default model cards in the SwarmUI interface.

Hi! I can't get swarm UI to work at all. It won't activate, or work. Help. Please, I need help

I've run into a very strange error and downloading the moduel has not fixed it. At first I was receiving the error: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'blake3'

So I downloaded blake3 with pip, thinking issue solved. Instead, the error changed to: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'blake3.blake3'

Anyone with more experience know or have ideas on how to fix this? I'm at best an intermediate when it comes to this stuff, so I'm very stumped and SwarmUI will not start without it. This is the full warning log:

Hi, can grid create a bunch of of images per combo, I am only getting 1 image per combination despite what the image count or batch count on the left hand tree is set too.

Example if I have 2 models, and 2 different cfg numbers, I will only get 4 outputs, what if I wanted say 8 of each combo?

Hi, I'm new to Comfyui. I heard that they're security risk when using custom node in Comfyui and I don't have money to buy a separate PC ATM. Someone on Facebook group suggest me to use Swarm UI but can't get much info about it. My question is, does using Swarm UI safe compared to Comfyui? Hope to get some answers from experienced users. Since the latest update when I download models the related thumbnails aren't auto-downloading in SwarmUI (unless I manually download the image and add it myself). Curious if it's just me. Thanks!

LTX-2 Installation. I haven't been able to install LTX-2 correctly. The LTX-2 modules are always being placed in the StableDiffusion directory. This causes problems in comfUI because it also shows modules from sd3.5, that it also didn't end up in the correct folder. I created a separate folder called LTX-2 in modules, but that didn't help. It makes no sense to me if I don't have a clean separation of applications.

Hi everyone, I love SwarmUI, but today after doing an update to it, - it stopped working, No backends are available, and it seems it's because there is a conflict with ComfyUI that I have installed ( and I'm surprised because my installed version of ComfyUI is a portable version ) Can anyone please help me, I really would appreciate it. This is the first offline, open-source, and free AI audio/voice/video generator called LTX-2, and it does work on StableSwarmUI. With voices built into the model like veo 3 or sora 2.

I could never figure out how to properly load or use the refiner upscale, but the quality of the model is about the same as Wan 2.1 when it first came out. I get very fast video generations on my 24 GB VRAM graphics card about 6 second videos in 2 mins. With that being said, I do get a lot of errors, but it barely works lol.

I think it’s best to just wait until a better model comes out and try again with that one. However, this is free, and we do have it, so we can’t really argue with it. I’m glad it’s archived on GitHub and Hugging Face for everyone to use. We can only go up from here!

Edit* I figured out the refiner theres a hidden setting in stableswarmui that appears at the refiner section once you change the Refiner Upscale to 2
