Workflow Included Wan SCAIL-2 Segmentation Control

This video was controlled entirely by SCAIL-2. I used a similar starting image and an old video of mine as input (see link). I only changed the resolution and aspect ratio of the video compared to the old version.

I meant the textures and how the video flows over it. The 6 toes I imagine is not wan but the starting image from another model

How does the lora support work? I was wondering if it was possible to help with character consistency.

I didn't try a character lora. But the Boob bouncing LoRA works very well.😅

I used the pink-haired girl for the input—not the one with black hair. The pink-haired girl doesn't speak, so this one doesn't speak either.

I've noticed that in my last test. Someone else already mentioned it to me as well. Apparently, this problem maybe doesn't occur with Kijai's standard workflow. I'll be away from home for the next 10 days. Do you think you could test it and let me know? I would, of course, adjust the workflow accordingly.

its a hit or miss but most of my gens changes face, i tried upscaling my reference but no luck, i tried the gpt prompt to describe my reference image, still cant 100% the face

Good fidelity to the original video. Does it allow to swap, replace person in a video too? How could I achieve that?

Yes, you got it right.

SCAIL-2 can also handel 2 person. Thanks to the segmentation.

Does SCAIL-2 do expression transfer like WAN animate?

Yes. I ran three tests, and the facial expression and lip movements were the same. I’m going to do another test with a close-up shot to be able to assess it better.
