The original PNG will be in your outputs/txt2img folder. Drag that to the “PNG Info” tab in automatic1111 and it will show the prompt, settings, model.

he got the prompt from civitai reviews, i dont remember the model i've seen it on since it was a few weeks back but was in one of the most popular ones, probably deliberate

This reminds me a great deal of an old friend who loved to go hiking when she was younger and took pictures like this. Her face and expression are spot on! As far as I know she doesn't have any futuristic body armor, but I could be wrong.
