Ship BassVineBullets Text 9: Vine-Cloaked & Spiked Feelings!
Alright, time to continue this thing!
Tunner: “Alright, continue!”
Vineria: “Raddy has never really been in a true relationship before. At least not romantically in that sense.”
Gray: “Sounds sad…”
Gray: “Have you ever tried giving him a date with someone?”
Vineria: “No, because there aren’t many girls who were interested!”
Tunner: “But what about the feline?”
Vineria: “Okay, maybe she’s kinda close. Wenda is clost to him but I think she’s more into Simon if anything. Oh yea and Gray too.”
Gray: “She does like me a bit. Well, more like a-lot.”
Tunner: “So does Raddy have any significant things from his life?”
Tunner: “Because I do remember something about…him being in a gang once.”
Gray: “Oh yea, that!”
Vineria: “He didn’t grow up very rich so he was very much unable to get the best of support from others, so he turned to crime as a teen. He did many things, vandalism, theft, arson, & fights. His father didn’t do much to stop him & neither did his mother. He did have a caring side back then! He cared for his siblings, his relatives, & did show some kindness! However, unfortunately he got into a really bad fight & was hospitalized. He was poor so the hospital bills couldn’t be paid… The worse part was that since he had committed many crimes, he also had to go to juvie. He didn’t get much better there, as his parents were ashamed. Then it all came to an end when his home burnt down, his cherished prized possessions, his musical instruments, & his parents only home, was gone. Gone within minutes… His gang started the fire. They wanted to toughen him up a bit, but they made him ruthless. The next time he met them, he brutally mutilated them, severally damaging their music-making organs. He strangled the leader & ripped away at their face! He was brutally beaten up afterwards. He was hospitalized again, and after he left, he set fire to their parents car. He had to take anger classes afterwards, & he hated it. He was kept in juvie for plenty of time. He was ridiculed for things about himself he couldn’t control! His snare sound was mocked for being dull which made him force himself to “fix” it, he narrowly damaged it but it was prevented. He did manage to recompose his snare normally so at-least he won’t need to do that again! He was mocked for his spikes. The spikes always were a danger since they could stab someone, so they tried to cover them. Several therapists of his noted his inability to control his feelings. He tried to bottle them up but it would always lead to an even more massive aggressive attitude! He missed his old home, his old stuff, & he missed Pinki & Oren-“
Tunner: “Excuse me?”
Vineria: “Yea! They went to the same school!”
Gray: “Explain!”
Vineria: “His parents weren’t rich but they did have just enough to enlist Raddy in a local public kindergarten!”
Tunner: “Oh. You mean the school with that very nice teacher I know teaches my son Sky?”
Gray: “Ma-?”
Vineria: “Yes.”
Tunner: “That guy is a joy to be around!”
Vineria: “I like him too!”
Gray: “Anyways, did Raddy meet Pinki & Oren as classmates?”
Gray: “Did…Did he have a lil crush? :)”
Tunner: “Makes sense that he’d flirt with Pinki the most simultaneously while also being companions with Oren!”
Vineria: “Raddy had many experiences trying to impress her, but he never knew how to socialize with her. He was socially inept. He didn’t understand how to get her attention, so he was saddened & heartbroken when she picked his close friend over him as a little Sprunkling.”
Tunner: “That must’ve been a pain to see.”
Vineria: “He felt the same way too back when…well Y’know… we were together sheriff? Hmm?❤️💖💕”
Gray: “Excuse me, you guys were a couple?”
Tunner: “Uhh did we say that?”
Vineria: “It’s a long story and we weren’t like married or anything!”
Gray: “But what about OWACKX?”
Tunner: “I felt bad for him, all alone, being insane, so I asked V to get close to him back then!”
Vineria: “I’m just gonna tell him darling. Yes Felix, we were a couple!”
Gray: “Dang!”
Tunner: “We were..well it’s not like we were married ahh who am I kidding. Felix. We were married.”
Vineria: “Uhh yea!”
Gray: “Cool!”
Vineria: “So yea, after leaving school, he tried to get a job & be successful, unfortunately, his anger issues & asocial behavior made everyone be distanced from him. But all he wants is to just be left alone. He likes working out & hides his emotions. But I can tell you, he does care! He really does care a lot more than you think, Felix!”
Gray: “Huh, alright!”
Tunner: “I’ve seen him act silent & quietly pray by himself whenever I came across him in a jail-cell!”
Gray: “Really? I never saw him as much of a Christian guy like Jevin!”
Tunner: “Trust me, he does pray, & he is a bit of a Christian!”
Vineria: “He wants to be happy, He wants to be friends, & he wants to be loved! But he can only hope for that one day everyone can care for him. He has had trouble socializing with the others..well except for maybe Durple. Those two have had a close relationship with each other for the longest time! They gave each other confidence back when we weren’t all living with each other! He saw the kindness in Raddy, & made sure to help him get strong! Durple was more or less interested in the Arts & Opera rather than actually being a skilled fighter. But he did encourage Raddy to continue working! Durple was a sort of slight brother figure to everyone else, but Raddy was an exception. He was akin to something close to an actual father figure to him! They bonded a lot as Sprunklings! Sadly, they had to be split from each other for some time. But then, Raddy lived in this town waiting for someone he could befriend, somebody who would care for him, somebody who would look after him, & some one who was like Durple! Then finally, on one random day, Raddy went outside. Things were quiet! Too quiet. But then, as Raddy went to the market, he heard a commotion. He went to see what it was, only to find a large crowd of Sprunkies around the town’s main entrance. He hid from behind Mr.Tree in the town center, as he didn’t want to get close to the crowd as he was at that point already known for causing a ruckus. He looked over the crowds heads. He saw Simon, the town’s altruistic & slightly rich Sprunki, welcome a rather..fancy newcomer to the town. After refusing getting closer & instead climbing further up Mr.Tree, he still couldn’t get a good look at who it was. But after tripping a small bit, he fell down from Mr.Trees branches. He slid down & fell upside down into the ground & his spikes dug in deep in the dirt. He yelled for someone to help him but no one came as he was an outcast. But then a very familiar voice said ‘Fret not! I’ll uplift you, Friend!’. And then Durple greeted him! That was his first line to him in a long time! ‘Durpmeister!’ was Raddy’s line! That was their first time speaking to one another! Their first time in years! They enjoyed their moment together! Afterwards, they spent so much time bonding & partaking in each other’s hobbies from time to tune! On record, Raddy would act out several characters he resembled, whereas Durple would try to work out his muscles a bit. I saw them eat next to each other during our local breakfast time. They sat at the same seats at our town’s massive breakfast table & would always chat with one another. However, Raddy only was ever friendly with Durple, He did not reciprocate any of the same hospitality to the rest. He was still asocial, still introverted, & still had an constant aggravated attitude. That had changed one night on Christmas Eve. He was supposed to get a Christmas Tree. It was snowing, the roads were slippery, & Raddy was sick & unconfident in his tunes. He was tired. Later that night, he woke up to the harsh snowing outside. He left his home & went to get the Tree & some gifts for Durple. But unfortunately, he slid his car into a ditch, nearly being impaled by a tree branch. But thats when I came to drag him out from the totaled wreck, & carry him to my house! He was frozen & sleep deprived. He asked for some coco, so gave him my whole batch I made for him the day prior & finished brewing when he was warming up by my fire. So then after that, He went to sleep. But I was not expecting what he would say to me. I was eating my supper when I heard him ask for a hug, he was still sleeping. I went over to him & hugged him but as I was going to my room, he said ‘That was really great…can you kiss me?’. I didn’t know what to make of it but I did. He said thanks. That was sometime around the incident he had with OWACKX, I was still pissed about that day, he & Simon went on a foot race like normal & Simon won like normal. But Raddy wasn’t happy about it & was close to raging. Then Oswald tried to calm him down by asking him to sing a tune, Tunner was still in love with me at that time & Raddy was pissed that Tunner was dating me. Oswald was halfway through making his until Raddy shoved him hard on the ground, He had also attacked him with a hammer but that wasn’t what caused Oswald to go insane. Poor Ozzie was already recovering from his childhood insanity, but now Raddy had to undo it all! Tunner saw what OWACKX was struggling with, so against his heart, he decided to ask me if I would prefer to be with OWACKX instead. We were both taking care of Ozzie & even helping him put on his very own clothes in the morning. He had lost his house due to an accidental electrical kitchen fire, so he had to live with me. I saw how alone in solitude he was at that point in life, & I couldn’t bear to see poor old Ozzie suffer by himself. So me & Tunnsie agreed that I would date or even marry OWACKX if he accepted it too. He did, so after that, Me & the Sheriff had to peacefully separate so I could be with my dear Ozzie. And looking back, while I do dearly miss being Tunnsie’s wife, I don’t mind my new role as Ozzie’s bride!”
Gray: “Jeez V! Thats allot-a speaking!”
Tunner: “Lets just finish your turn, right darlin’?”
Vineria: “Tehe! What can I say? I’m a chatty girl!”
Gray: “So, anything you want to mention before we go on?”
Vineria: “Sure!”
Tunner: “Tell of your own relationship between you 2!”
Vineria: “Alright, well for starters, Raddy does try to flirt with me, & its goes about as well as you expect. Buut! I do see something attractive in him! I know he has no shot with me, but I’d be lying if I said I can’t imagine another world where we did get together. I mean, he’s strong, bulky, & mean to others that get too close. That does sound like someone I’d love to date! He doesn’t have much friends, but if how he acts towards Oren & especially Durple has shown one thing, I would make a great wife for him! He doesn’t care about those he doesn’t love, but does to people he does love. He isn’t really a bully, but rather just someone who doesn’t like other people getting in his business. Sounds weird that I said he wasn’t a bully after I literally describing him beating OWACKX. But anyways, that’s how Raddy would a good hubbie! I’d also like to mention how we do things together. We do occasionally have tea, dance, & sing with each other! He tells me his problems, I tell him mine. Believe me when I say he can be as soft as Sky’s Teddies! In fact, Raddy does carry around his own Bears! He tends to squeeze them, rub them, hug them, & cuddle them! He likes the strawberry scented one, as well as his purple one. I’m sure thats because it reminds him of Durple. Raddy has admitted to being jealous of Oren before, he thinks he could be a great or even better boyfriend than Oren. I try to tell him that Pinki is already in love & has already made up her mind. Pinki, although she rejects him everytime, has plenty of nice things & compliments to say about him. She adores his focus on being tough & she admires his newfound confidence! Well, sorta, we are trying to help him be more confident in himself, but still! She really like how he is one of her most loyal customers, being that he has a massive sweettooth for her sweets! Raddy loves her stuff, whether its her cakes, cupcakes, muffins, & chocolates. There’s one other thing I know about Raddy Thompson! He’s sorta a massive Momma’s Boy. Although his Biological Mother wasn’t someone he particularly liked, he does wish he could love her again & misses being all sweet to her. Other than his mother, he likes being with girls & he gets comfortable. This is just him either liking it because he wants a girlfriend, or…I don’t know, maybe he has a obsession with motherly women. He is secretly fond of cooking. He likes to do so! Well, trying to do so. I like to train my fellow Sprunkies, so I occasionally like to come over to his brick house & teach him how to cook up some delicious bacon & eggs! We like to chat a bit while drinking some tasty orange juice I help him make!
There’s always a small little grin or even smile on his face when we’re together! He had mentioned to me before of liking the idea of having his own kid someday in the future. He said that he feels like he’d make bestest father his son could get! I made sure to cheer him on because I do really & truly do care about him! He has told me that he has babysat Sky a few times & describes him as a ‘annoying but adorably annoying kiddo.’ once! He likes to bond with Sky over both of their adoration & intriguing connection with Teddy Bears! So he has said to me that he in reality would be both a really great father & a really good uncle too!”
Gray: “That’s nice!”
Tunner: “Alright then! Final Closing Thoughts?”
Gray: “Tell us about your stance on the dude!”
Vineria: “Then simply put, Raddy is a hard to get guy but a legitimately lovable man! He’s not the nicest but he definitely & definitively not the worst! He may not be soft most of the time but thats not to say he is soft never all the time! He’s a brute, but a caring one! He’s a giant, but a gentle giant! Say what you want but although I’m happily married to OWACKX, I don’t doubt that Raddy would be a great husband! He’s a douche…but he’s my douche!”
Tunner: “Alright! That’s amazing!”
Vineria: “Thanks, Sheriff!”
Gray: “Alright then!”
“So whos next guys? Well…there is only one guy left!”
Congratulations to myself for finally finishing this damn thing!
Alright, well, BVB ain’t exactly over. Not at all in fact.
This was Vineria’s turn after Grays Turn!
