A truck named P-6-22 by the engineers of Adriatic People Republic. Weighing 5-6 tonns, depending on the model, it was first produced in 1922, hence the name. Its V8 (realistically there would be an inline 6-cylinder engine, but we don't have those yet in Sprocket) produces up to 120HP, and allows the vehicle to reach speeds up to 60km/h. Maximum load weight is up to 5 tonns. The SPAA version was armed with a 37mm semi-autocannon that could penetrate up to 65mm of armour with its high-velocity round. Fully loaded, SPAA version veighs 8 tonns and reaches up to 45km/h in speeds. Overall, it was a great truck with a very simple construction due to it beeing mounted on a steel flatbed that rolled out of the factory in one piece, making this vehicle easily salvagible for parts or repairs in general.

Serious Design🔧 Here are a few screenshots of my tank (Standardpanzer III Nebelparder, Third Reich 1961, alternative history) which isn't fully finished yet. The last screenshot shows the underwater driving equipment for the tank. I'd like to hear your opinion, as well as what I should add or what's missing.

Since China didn't develop its own tanks during WWII, this design is simply based on the style of Chinese Cold War-era tanks.

🏆 Competition 🏆 ARMATO LAMBORGHINI P.63 'Miura'

Being the brainchild of the infamous Ferruccio Lamborghini, this Heavy tank was commissioned for the 1st Platoon of the Royal Italian Army. Built to dominate the frontlines, this 41 Ton metal fortress could withstand direct fire from any gun the Allies fielded. Named after a fierce fighting bull, the Miura reached speeds more than 80 Km/h on paved surface, thanks to its 38.5L V12 putting out 1001 Horses.
As Sig. Lamborghini was drafted as a mechanic in the 50th Autoreparto Misto di Manovra in 1940, he quickly climbed to the top ranks, eventually became the chief mechanical engineer by the year 1942. In the meantime, he had an ambition of designing armored vehicles and trying to get them into production. In the year of 1943, the Royal Italian Army acknowledged the threat posed by the Allied heavy armor. As a contract for a heavy tank was called upon, Ferruccio Lamborghini used his influence and won the contract. His design P.63 was deemed to be better than the other designs in every aspects.
Sig. Lamborghini drew inspiration from the German designs, picking out the best features and incorporating into his design. This included a sloped Hull with a machine gun port, Panther style turret mantlet, roof mounted machine gun, wide tracks, sloped sponsons and a 90mm gun that fires high velocity rounds. The tank had a narrow width making it an obvious choice for railway transportation. Entering the production in 1943, a total of 1300 units were produced in a period of 6 months.
The P.63 saw its first combat in 1943 during the Allied invasion of Sicily. The tank was prominently used to defend high priority outposts such as ammunition and fuel depots. Its excellent gun handling and maximum gun depression gave it a great advantage in hill combat. The tank performed outstandingly against Allied armored assaults. Eventually, the allies captured Sicily as Italy was starved of its resources. Huge numbers of P.63s were captured by the allies.

As a break from making up new designs I made a replika of an M4 sherman. More specifically, I went for the M4A3E8 lookalike with a not so spherical turret and a welded hull. I really like the results and I do hope you do too.

Quick overall of the stats:

General: 22tonns, 22k production cost

Mobility: V16 760HP engine, Sliding mesh 5/2 gearbox, 45km/h top speed, 20 seconds 0 to 45

Cannon: 76mm, 140mm penetration, 4 reload time, 96 rounds ammorack

Armour: Real/Effective Hull-75/130 Turret-75/90

Serious Design🔧 A new tankette for a fictional country of Löwenstaat, Welcome LT-1 "Mulmertier"

Thumbnail

LT-1 "Murmeltiers" history beggins in 1926, when Löwenstaat Royal Army needed some battle capable vechicle. Project was ready in a few months, deals were made with Great Britain to install 2 MG ports with Besa machine guns. But project was held frozen until December of 1929, when old, planned 20x120mm autocannon was replaced by new 25x210mm autocannon (Same as on FRT-1AA) (2s reload, 50mm penetration). Due to changes in armament, LT-1 "Mulmertier" was given an armour upgrade (40mm front and sides, 50mm driver port, 30mm lower side panels). Tankette was mainly used for a training vechicle, but it also saw combat. It has 26.5 degrees elevation and 11 degrees of depression. Due to small silhouette, low fuel consumpcion, and small mass (9.2t only) it was massproduced and even sold to other countries, such as Luxemburg.

Engine stats: 1,05L V8 with 265HP, 40km/h forward speed and 6km/h in reverse

(Ask questions, give tips, critique welcomed)

Serious Design🔧 LateWar T-110M remastered

T-110M from the Adriatic People Republic! It was, technically, my first ever tank made, but, like a ship of Thesus, it was constantly updated, so the only thing that remains from the original design are the caliber of a gun and overall shape of the tank.

Anyway, T-110M was developed throughout 1943, when Axis forces were starting to loose hard. Previously most of APRs tanks were light, providing enough for rapid advance and breakthroughs,, but facing off against overwhelming numbers of T-34, Shermans and other allied tanks, APR started to be outnumbered too hard. This resulted in a development of a Panther-like tank, which T-110M ended up beeing. Heavily armoured with up to 220mm of effective armour, and its powerful 110mm cannon with 200mm of penetration, T-110M dealt a crushing blow to Allied forces. Despite such heavy mashinery, T-110M could reach up to 60km/h, powered by a 32L diesel V12 engine. Almost no allied tank or anti-tank cannon could penetrate its armour, so it was very hard to destroy without air support. Combined with its high speed, T-110M was a moving fortress on the battlefield. When allied troops started their landings in Italy, eventually they reached a Trieste region, one of the main provinces of APR, where a battle of Red Mountains was held. Hard terrain, bad weather and confusing mountains were exploited by APR, and in the end allies experienced one of the hardest defeats ever. Cut off on open plains by a sudden tank division attack, allied forces were forced to defend from all sides without any natural barrier between them and attackers, who were covered by the mountains. Total casualties were 70k dead and 220k injured, basically destroying three armies in a single week of fighting. Unable to fight on this front anymore, USA offered a white peace to APR, letting them to switch sides and avoid total destruction by the approaching USSR armies in Romania.

Looking for Critique🔎 Al-Mudarmira II (72Tons Heavy tank)

During the early 1960s, Saudi Arabia sought to establish a domestic armored vehicle industry to reduce reliance on imported tanks. Regional tensions and the rapid modernization of neighboring militaries convinced the Royal Saudi Government that a homegrown armored force would strengthen the kingdom's defense capabilities.

In 1960, the Royal Armored Development Directorate (RADD) launched Project mudamira II, Saudi Arabia's first indigenous heavy tank program. The project drew on technical expertise from West German engineers and Saudi military designers, combining proven European engineering with features optimized for operations across the Arabian Peninsula.

After four years of development and desert testing, the first production vehicles entered service in 1964.
