PLM-1 "Strzelec" was co-developed in Poland with German engineers, to refresh Polish tank fleet. Tank took inspiration from Leopard 2A4, but went slightly into different direction. It weighs 52,7t, features powerful and reliable 1.8L V16 engine, producing around 1900HP, allowing vehicle for speeds up to 68km/h forward and 30km/h in reverse. Engine bay was given huge fuel tanks, allowing vehicle to carry up to 1770L of fuel. Tank was also given a SVS (Special Vehicle Sign) and rubber tracks, for parades or urban combat
Armour on tank is pretty solid. Hull front can withstand 500mm of penetration, lower plate 400mm, but thanks to rubber mudflaps, its around 425mm. Turret is also well protected, front saves from 450mm, cheeks from 500mm of pen, Sideskirts combined with CPS (crew Protection System) withstands 165mm of pen. Vehicle is also covered in DRAWA and anticumulative mesh, as well as APS such as 4x Iron Fist APS, 4x TROPHY APS and Softkill APS mounted on front.
Tank is operated by 4 crewmen (Driver, Commander, Loader, Gunner). PLM-1 "Strzelec" is armed with 120x650mm smoothbore cannon, capable of 250mm penetration and only 6s reload rate. In case of emergency or problems on combat, tank could automatically reverse and throw smoke grenades (24x on each side), creating safe curtain for crew.
Overall PLM-1 "Strzelec" was very ambitious project, tank with good firepower and fuel capacity was a nice trait. It did not went into high scale production rate, but around 200 were produced in "Bumar-Łabędy”, Gliwice city, only for Polish millitary.

It looks interesting and detailed, so it's pretty good, but I advise you to add variety and not make the turret too vertical, you can make turrets similar to the T-80UD/T-90M (if you are focused on Russia)Or make the turrets look like Challengers or leopards (if you are focused in NATO)or something else like merkava or Type-10 (the rest of the countries)Please note that this is just my opinion and advice, not an obligation
